1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the dr999 platform — whether via the website at dr999.app, any mobile-optimised version, or any associated application — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and dr999 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the dr999 platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility

To register and use the dr999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dr999 operates a strict minimum age policy. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds may be confiscated pending investigation.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing dr999 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services. If you have previously self-excluded with dr999, you may not create a new account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

3Account Registration & KYC

To access any real-money feature of dr999, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You warrant that all information submitted is truthful and that you will keep it up to date.

dr999 operates a one account per person policy. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, dr999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold bonus balances.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, dr999 may request the following documents before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account lifecycle:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet in your name).
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

dr999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are processed in PKR and your account balance is maintained in PKR. No foreign-currency conversion is required.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your dr999 account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the originating institution. dr999 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once verified, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan accounts are usually completed within the same business day. dr999 reserves the right to apply enhanced review to large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account.
• dr999 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name.
• If a bonus was used to generate a withdrawal balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

5Bonuses & Promotions

dr999 regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General rules applicable to all dr999 bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, though individual promotions may specify different multipliers.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds are used first in eligible gameplay unless the game or session is specifically funded from the bonus wallet.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, cricket betting, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• dr999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, including placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on dr999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as well as these general Terms. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm you understand the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: All cricket bets — including PSL, T20 International, and ODI markets — are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the governing body of the competition. In the event of a match being abandoned or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with dr999's event-specific rules published at the time of the market opening. Live (in-play) bets are accepted up to the point at which dr999's systems close the market; any bets accepted after the relevant event outcome is determined will be voided.

Casino Games: The outcome of all RNG-based casino games is determined by certified random number generation software provided by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, etc.). dr999 does not interfere with game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective studios and are available on request.

Crash Games & W Live: These game categories operate under their own mechanics and rules. Players should familiarise themselves with each game's specific rules before wagering real money.

• dr999 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the event is known.
• Technical malfunctions during gameplay void all related plays and wagers.
• Any winnings arising from a software error or technical fault will be considered null and void.
• Maximum payout limits per bet may apply and are displayed within each game or market.

7Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

dr999 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and dishonesty: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the dr999 platform for any purpose related to the proceeds of crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner not intended by dr999.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or market.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated means to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform.
• VPN circumvention: Using virtual private networks or proxy services to access dr999 from a jurisdiction where access is restricted.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings generated from the disputed deposit.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the dr999 platform — including but not limited to the dr999 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and all other materials — is the property of dr999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dr999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any dr999 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any dr999 software.
• Use any dr999 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download any data or content from the platform.

9Privacy & Data Protection

dr999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on dr999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices relevant to these Terms:

12Amendments to These Terms

dr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dr999 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at login.

Amended Terms take effect 14 days after publication for existing players, or immediately for new registrations made after the publication date. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. dr999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days. Any legal proceedings must be brought on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or representative action against dr999.
